We work with all types of schools across the UK and our dedicated consultants ensure we have long-standing and trusting relationships with our schools. Due to our excellent service, we have developed some exclusive partnerships with school groups and councils.
What this means for our teachers is that our partnership schools understand how to:
- Support, mentor, and develop your teaching career
- Find the right job match. They understand the skills and training of our overseas teachers
- Provide us with their vacancies well ahead of time to ensure overseas teachers have an appropriate transition to teaching in the UK
- Introduce you to other overseas teachers working in their schools, so you have like-minded colleagues with you when you start
So if you’re keen to teach in the UK, and you’d like to get a job sorted before you go, then we can help you. Our partnership schools have an open-door policy and are keen to see teachers that match their school vacancies and environment throughout the year. Our team will do an in-depth consultation with you to work out your ideal school, your ideal role, and your ideal location. We will then present you to our partnership schools, if relevant. We aim to find you the right job well ahead of your arrival date, so you know where you’re going and what you’re doing, so your transition can begin.

What’s involved in a UK School Principal Interview?
We have a strong network of UK School Principals who have the authority to hire for specific teaching positions within a school, or even an entire school district or borough. Several times a year Teach In will conduct virtual school interviews with local teachers, and offer them real, guaranteed teaching positions. It’s a fantastic opportunity to land yourself a UK teaching job before you leave home, and a chance to speak openly with the School Principal about what life is really like teaching in a particular school or region.
When can I do a UK School Principal interview?
We are currently recruiting interested teachers and teaching graduates to interview with leading UK Head Teachers across England for teaching positions in Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs. Positions will be offered each September and January with interviews occurring between March-June for September starters and October to November for January starters.
